摘  要:为了提高铀矿酸法浸出的浸出率,根据实际工作经验选取了包括酸耗、时间、温度4个指标作为影响浸出率建模变量.运用回归分析理论和方法,建立了浸出率与主要影响因素间相互关系的经验公式--线性回归方程,探讨了酸法浸出浸出率与主要影响因素酸耗、时间、温度间的相互关系,并对其在酸法浸出过程中影响浸出率相关因素进行了分析.结果表明:多元线性回归分析方法简单、误差较小、简便可靠,能如实地反映酸法浸出情况,进而为处理铀矿石选择适宜的酸度和浸出时间提供了依据.In order to enhance the acid leaching rate of the mineral uraninite, selected four indexes including acid consumption, time and temperature as the evaluation factors with influence acid leaching of actual manufacturing experience. Using regression analysis theory and method, we set up the empirical formula about the relationship between leaching rate and the main influence factor-linear regression equation. Furthermore, we investigated the relativity of the main factors with acid consumption, time, and temperature. And we analyzed the correlative factors which affect leaching rate in the acid leaching processes of a uranium deposit ore. The result indicates that multi factor line regression analysis is simple and fewer errors, thus it can be used generally and objectively, and it can reflect the instance of acid leaching. Therefore, this study can provide the basis for dealing with acid leaching time of uranium ore.
