摘　　要：蚊媒体内疟原虫子孢子检测是蚊媒监测、疟疾防治效果评价及疟疾发病预测的一个重要指标。本文就蚊媒体内疟原虫子孢子检测技术及其应用研究进展作一综述,并简要探讨了其相关原理和现场应用前景。Detection of Plasmodium sporozoites-carrying mosquitoes is an important indicator in monitoring mosquitoes,evaluating the control of malaria and forecasting the incidence of malaria.Here,we review the detection techniques in Plasmodium sporozoites-carrying mosquitoes and the progress of their applied research,and then briefly discuss the principles of the detection and the prospects for the field.
