摘　　要：针对铁路水电管理点多线长,部分车站交通不便,用电性质及运用单价不同造成管理成本高、水电量核算和收费严重滞后特点,研制了基于GPRS(通用无线分担业务无线通讯技术,General Packet Radio System)或CDMA码多分址无线通讯业务(Code Division Multiple Access)的铁路水电量远程抄收管理系统,介绍了该系统组成结构、主要功能及技术特点。As to the characteristics of railroad water and electricity management, which include the multiple points and long distance, inconvenience traffic of some station, high management cost caused by the different nature of electrical load and different single price, and water and electricity reckoning and charging serious lagging behind, the long distance transcribing accepts and the administration system of railway water and electricity amount based on GPRS and CDMA is designed, and that system to make up composition and main function service and be able to reach the technique distinguishing feature is introduced.
