摘  要:介绍了电能质量综合评估的背景,并在此基础上提出了常用的评估方法。利用概率和矢量代数相结合的方法,通过实例分析,阐明了这种方法能够较好地反映电气化铁路电能质量的实际情况,指出该方法评估过程简单易懂,能够较好地和所学理论进行有机结合,并在本阶段得到了广泛应用。With the continuous development of power industry, electricity markets are shaping constantly, the power system will be separation of plants and grids, and separatiori of power supply and deliver electric power. Energy will serve as a special commodity into the market competition, and the implementation of bidding in accordance with quality pricing, the principle of higher prices for better quality. Therefore, in the electricity market environment for a comprehensive assessment of power quality is important. Around the theme a comprehensive assessment of the power quality of the background is introduced, onthe basis of several commonly used evaluation methods. In this paper, probability and vector algebra method of combining, through examples of analysis, this method can be used to reflect the quality of electrified railway power the actual situation. Besides, the method of the assessment process is easy-to-read, and can be used to carry out the organic integration of theory, which at this stage has been widely applied.
