疏风解毒胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染480例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价疏风解毒胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用分层区组随机、双盲、阳性药平行对照、多中心临床试验设计。上呼吸道感染患者480例,其中试验组360例,对照组120例。试验组口服疏风解毒胶囊,对照组口服双黄连胶囊,疗程均为3d。结果对体温异常者起效时间比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);解热时间比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医证候单项疗效——咳嗽记分,两组间比较有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染疗效确切,未发现毒副作用。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Shu Fang Jie Du Jiao Nang on upper respiratory infection. Methods The clinical trial was designed as stratified blocked randomization, double - blindness,parallel comparison of drugs in yang nature and multiple centers. Of 480 cases of upper respiratory infection,360 cases were in trial group and 120 cases in control group. Sbu Fang Jie Du Jiao Nang was administered orally in trial group and Shuang Huang Lian Jiao Nang was administered orally in control group. 3 - day treatment made one course. Results The significant difference presented in the onset time for the cases with abnormal body temperature between two groups statistically（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in antipyretic time between two groups statistically （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The high statistical significance was obtained in the comparison of the efficacy on singe syndrome of Chinese medicine - cough score between two group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Shu Fang Jie Du Jiao Nang has definite efficacy on upper respiratory infection,without side effects discovered.
