摘  要:目的对全棉布、无纺布、纸塑袋的阻菌效果和成本进行比较分析,找出适合我院使用的医疗器械灭菌包装材料。方法将全棉布、无纺布、纸塑袋分三组包装,灭菌,储存,按时间进行物表采样做细菌培养,同时做成本高低比较。结果阻菌效果依次是纸塑袋、无纺布、全棉布,成本高低比较依次是无纺布纸塑袋全棉布。结论在现有储存条件下既经济又方便的医疗器械包装材料依次是无纺布→纸塑袋→全棉布。无纺布和纸塑袋是一次性包装巾,具有理想的阻菌效果和成本优势,不同程度的减轻了人力、物力,节省了医疗资源,降低了医院感染的风险,对医院感染的控制起到一定的作用,可代替全棉布用于医疗器械的包装灭菌,值得推广。objective To find a suitable wrapper for sterilized medical apparatus in hospital,comparing their effect of resisting bactieria and cost among all-cloth, non-woven fabrics, paper plastic bag in effectiveness of resistance and cost .Methods All the apparatus are divided into three group randomly such as All-cotton, no woven fabrics and paper-plastic group. They are sterilized, storaged, and then doing bacteria culture according to table sampling time, at the same time, compared their cost. Results The best effect of resisting bacteria is paper plastic bag, and then is the non-woven fabrics. The non-woven fabrics cost least ,and then is the paper plastic bag.Conclusion In the hospital environment at present, the most economical and convenient packaging material is the non-woven, then is the all-cotton, and the last is the paper plastic bag. No woven and paper-plastic packaging bag are onetime packing material. They have better effect of resist bacteria and lower cost, and to some extend, they can relieve the manpower, resources, as well as reduce the risk of hospital infection. Therefore, They have the effect in controlling hospital infection. So they is more suitable for packing of sterilized medical apparatus in place of all-cotton fabrics, which is worth popularizing.
