摘　　要：目的研究旱莲胶囊的生产工艺,以便制备质量稳定的制剂。方法以本制剂中补骨脂素的含量为指标,用正交试验优选提取工艺,以干浸膏作为考察指标。结果补骨脂素含量高、稳定性好。结论用水提和醇提制备的胶囊剂质量稳定、临床疗效好。Objective To study the preparation technology of the Hanlian Capsule,Preparation and stability so as to the quality of preparation. Methods In preparation of the psoralen levels as an index, the best extraction procedure was selected by orthogonal test, in order to extract stem as indicators study. Results Psoralen high、well stability. Conclusion To water and alcohol extract capsules prepared by the quality of stability, the total clinical effective well.
