提高先天性心脏病介入术后患儿及家属护理需求的认知度

摘　　要：目的满足先天性心脏病患儿的护理需求。方法以60例先天性心脏病患儿家长为调查对象,在术前以问卷形式调查他们对介入手术的护理需求,根据初次调查的结果,对患者进行各种形式的健康教育及心理辅导。在术后24小时以内再次让他们填写相同的调查表。结果患儿家长对介入手术后的护理需求得到了很好的满足,从教育前了解的护理需求21%提高到77%。经U检验,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论加强介入手术患儿及家长的健康教育,在家长的协助下有利于患儿的术后康复,减少并发症,减少住院天数。使疾病和手术对患儿产生的心理影响尽可能地降低,有利于患儿的身心健康。Objective To meet the nursing needs of children with congenital heart disease. Methods The parents of 60 children with congenital hear disease were included in this survey, they were investigated about the nursing needs of interventional operation before operation. According to the investigation results, various health education and psychological guidance were given to patients. 24 hours after operation, the same investigation were done to them again. Results The postoperative nursing needs of patients’ parents were met, the met nursing needs increased from 21% before education to 77% after education, U test showed P0.05, there was statistical difference. Conclusions By way of strengthening health education on children receiving interventional operation and their parents, we can help the recovery of children ,reduce the complications and hospitalization duration. At the same time , we can alleviate the psychological effect of operation on children, which is also good for their physical and mental health.
