摘 要:目的:探讨系统康复训练对全膝关节置换术(TKR)后关节功能恢复的效果。方法:对因膝骨关节病行TKR常规治疗后接受渐进抗阻训练、终末伸膝训练、扶助行器负重行走、身体平衡及关节本体感觉训练,同时配合物理疗法等系统康复训练的30例患者(A组),与TKR后自行功能锻炼的28例患者(B组)均进行术后6个月回访,并应用美国纽约特种医院膝关节评估系统(HSS)评定2组患者膝关节功能。结果:术后6个月,A组膝关节HSS总分及疼痛、肢体功能及关节活动度单因子评分均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:TKR后系统康复训练的介入能更好缓减患者疼痛,改善关节功能,提高治疗效果。Objective: To discuss the efficacy of system rehabilitation for joint function recovery following total knee replacement. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of knee osteoarthritis (OA) were subjected to total knee replacement in Department of Orthopedics of our hospital. Among them, 30 cases were treated by system rehabilitation instruction, and the remaining 28 cases did not receive rehabilitation therapy. All of the 58 cases were assessed by the hospital for special surgery (HSS) scoring to evaluate their knee articular function. Results: The total scores of HSS, pain, function, and rang of motion fROM) scores in treatment group were respectively higher than those in control group with the difference being significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of system rehabilitation instruction following total knee replacement can preferably mitigate postoperative pain, and improve anticular function.
