摘  要:目的研究密骨颗粒对骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法采用雄性小鼠去势和肌注地塞米松复合骨质疏松症模型。取股骨测骨密度并做病理检测。结果密骨颗粒能增强骨质疏松症模型小鼠骨密度,中剂量组和模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理检测表明,密骨颗粒能改善模型小鼠骨小梁结构,大剂量组改善明显,未见骨小梁缺损和破坏。结论密骨颗粒对骨质疏松症有较好的防治作用。Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Migu granule on osteoporosis. Methods The pathological model of osteoporosis in mice was induced by wholly cutting away testicles and injecting dexamethasone. The bone mineral density of right thighbone was measured, and the right thighbone's pathological changes were observed too. Results Migu granule could augment the bone mineral density of the mice. The middle dose group had remarkable improvement compared with model group (P〈0.05). Migu granule could also improve the structure of bone trabecula. The high dose group improved remarkably as the defect and lesion of bone trabecula were not observed. Conclusion Migu granule has preventive and therapeutic effects on osteoporosis in mice.
