摘　　要：在当今信息化建设正在普及的时代,对于医院如何利用现有的信息化条件实现对医疗风险的预控,已成为医院信息化建设的发展方向和医疗风险的研究方向。本文探讨了信息化建设在医院医疗风险管理中应用的技术支持条件,并从风险信息管理平台设计上提出了信息集成与查询、风险评估与报警、决策支持与维护的操作流程。Nowadays information-based construction is being popularized, thus, how a hospital makes use of an existing information-based condition to preventively control medical risk has become a developing direction of in-formation-based hospital construction and a research direction of medical risk management. This study explored the technically supportive condition of information-based construction in the medical risk management in a hospital.From the management platform of risk information, we also designed the operational process of putting forward information integration and search risk valuation and prior-warning, decision support and maintenance.
