摘　　要：由于供用电合同签订与履行中许多实质性的法律问题未能得到足够重视和妥善解决,使供电企业面临一系列的法律风险。分析了供用电合同业务中存在的问题,从多个方面阐述了对合同法律风险的防范对策。Many substantial law issues during signing and performing power supply and demand contract are not paid enough attention and settled properly, thus power supply enterprises would face a series of law risks. The paper analyzes the problems existing in contract business, and describes the countermeasures for preventing law risks.
