九香止泻片对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠血浆VIP、NPY和肠黏膜5-HT的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨九香止泻片(又名秦香止泻肠溶片)对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)、神经肽Y(NPY)和肠黏膜5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、九香止泻片组、盐酸洛哌丁胺组,建立腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)大鼠模型,应用放射免疫法和免疫组织化学染色法分别检测VIP、NPY、5-HT。结果模型组大鼠血浆VIP水平显著升高,NPY水平显著降低,肠组织5-HT的分布及表达显著升高,与其它各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药组大鼠血浆VIP水平较模型组显著降低,NPY水平显著升高,肠组织5-HT的分布及表达显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九香止泻片可能通过降低D-IBS大鼠的血浆VIP、肠黏膜5-HT和升高血浆NPY而改善腹泻症状。Objective To ingestivate the mechanism of Jiuxiang Zhixie tablet （JZT） for thr dirrhea irritable bowel syndrome （D-IBS） in damp-heat type. Methods The 40 SD rats were induced as the D-IBS models and randomly divided into blank, model, JZT and lop-eramide hydrochloride groups, and the plasma bowel mucosa were determined with RIA of VIP, NPY and 5-HT positive cells and immunohistochemical methods. number of Results In the model group, the plasma VIP was higher significantly, the plasma NPY level significantly lower and the expression annd level of 5-HT higher than those in other groups （P〈0.05）; in the JZT group, the plasma VIP was deduced, the plasma NPY elevated, and the expression annd level of 5-HT lowered significantly （P〈0.05）. Conculsion JZT is effective to the diahrrea by deereasing plasma VIP and 5-HT and increasing plasma NPY.
