摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺癌的声像图特征及误漏诊原因。方法回顾性分析30例胰腺癌的超声声像图表现并与手术病理对照。结果30例胰腺癌中超声诊断25例,超声诊断符合率83%,误诊壶腹部肿瘤2例,胆总管肿瘤1例,漏诊2例。结论超声对胰腺癌有较高的诊断价值,但需结合其他影像学、实验室检查及临床特征,以进一步提高超声对胰腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。Objective To discuss the characteristics of pancreatic carcinoma and the reasons of misdiagnosis.Methods Preoperative ultrasonography of 30 cases of pancreatic carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and compared with surgery and pathological examinations.Results Among the 30 cases with pancreatic carcinomas,25 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound preoperatively,the diagnostic accuracy was 83%.Two cases were misdiagnosed as periampullary tumour,and one case was as choledochus duct tumor.The other 2 cases were missed diagnosed.Conclusion Ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.Combination of results from other imaging examinations,laboratory examination and clinical characteristics will improve the diagnostic accuracy of pancreatic carcinoma.
