摘　　要：目的:评价义获嘉新一代铸瓷贴面(IPS e.max铸瓷贴面)在前牙美容应用的临床效果。方法:对2007～2008年在我院门诊就诊的45例前牙美容患者,总计180颗患牙行IPS e.max铸瓷贴面美容修复,3、6、12、24个月后患者定期复诊检查,并评价临床疗效。结果:IPS e.max铸瓷贴面的完整保存率达到98.8%,边缘适合性达到97.1%,在前3个月时有少数牙有轻度牙龈炎及牙本质敏感,两年后但后症状消失。颜色匹配效果稳定,患者均比较满意。结论:IPS e.max铸瓷贴面是前牙较理想的一种修复方法。Objective To study the clinical results of IPS e.max porcelain veneer on the anterior teeth. Methods To evaluate the clinical effects of 180 porcelain veneer of the anterior teeth on fitness,colour, shape and strengh in 3,6,12 and 24 months after restoration. Results After restoration in 24 months, 180 IPS e.max porcelain veneers were successful,98.8% veneers were foud to be intact.Little wane existed in two veneers at the incisal areas.97.1% teeth had acceptable maiginal adaptation. At the first 3 months,few teeth had little gingivitis and hyperesthesia of dentin,but symptom was disappear after 24 months. Patients were satisfied with the colour. Conclusion IPSe.max porcelain veneer is satisfying for the anterior teeth restoration.
