摘 要:在900°C高温条件下,合成了一系列Ce3+,Eu2 +以及Tb3 +掺杂Ca2BO3Cl荧光粉.该荧光粉在紫外及蓝光区域有较强的吸收,产生了以Ce3 +Eu2 +以及Tb3 +为发光中心的荧光,其发射峰分别位于416 nm,570 nm及544 nm处.荧光谱图数据表明:以Ca2BO3Cl为基质的荧光粉中存在着Ce3 +→Eu2 +的能量传递.并且通过调节Eu2 +浓度的量,该荧光粉在紫外激发下可以产生从冷白光到暖白光不同的光.这同时也说明该荧光粉在白光发光二极管中具有潜在的应用价值.A series of Ce3+ , Eu2+ and Tb3+ activated Ca2BO3Cl phosphors have been synthesized at 900℃under a reduced atmosphere. The obtained phosphors show strong emission bands at around 416 nm, 570 nm and 544 nm, resulting from Ce3+ , Eu2+ and Tb3+ , respectively. The spectroscopic data indicate that the Ce3+→Eu2+ energy transfer process occurs in the host matrix of Ca2BO3C1. Furthermore, the developed phosphors can generate lights from cold white to warm white region under the UV radiation by appropriately tuning the Eu2+ content, indicating that they have potential applications as a UV - convertible phosphor for white light emitting diodes.
