摘  要:2007年底在江苏省兴化市保护地栽培番茄上发生了一种危害异常严重的病毒病,其病原初步鉴定为粉虱传双生病毒(Whitefly-transmitted geminiirus,WTG),为明确其在江苏省的发生情况及危害程度,2008年作者在省内各地展开调查,共采集病样115份并对其进行了分子鉴定。检测结果表明:2008年该病在南京、苏州、常州、徐州、泰州和盐城等地均有发生,已遍布于苏南、苏中、苏北;与2007年的发生情况相比,呈明显的蔓延态势。对其中17份代表性分离物的部分序列进行了序列测定,序列分析结果显示这些分离物的序列之间有着98.2%~100.0%的同源性,BLAST分析显示其与番茄黄化曲叶病毒(Tomato yellow leaf curl uirus,TYLCV)同源性最高(超过99.0%)。At the end of 2007, a new virus disease on tomato broke out in Jiangsu Province and caused great losses to local tomato production. Preliminary identification indicated that the pathogen was whitefly-transmitted geminivirus. In order to find out the prevalence situation and damage extent of this disease in Jiangsu Province, an investigation was carried out by detecting 115 samples of this disease in 2008. The results indicated that the disease had occurred in Nanjing, Suzhou, Changzhou, Xuzhou, Taizhou and Yancheng in 2008, and had spread over the whole province, which indicated a serious spreading trend compared with 2007. Sequence analysis revealed that the 17 samples shared 98.2% -100% nucleotide sequence identities between themselves, and shared over 99.0% nucleotide sequence identities with Tomato )ellow leaf curl virus ( TYLCV ).
