摘　　要：针对中国农业科研院所种子产业发展面临的新挑战,结合江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所组建种业公司的运作实践,分析了世界种子产业的发展趋势和中国种子产业的发展现状,以及影响农业科研院所种子产业再发展的关键因素和面临的新挑战,并提出了促进农业科研院所种子产业再发展的相应对策。In view of the opportunities and challenges of the seed industry of agricultural sciences and research institutes in China, and combining the institute practice of the seed company, we analyzed the development trends of the world＇ s seed industry, and the current situation of the seed development in China, and also analyzed the key factors and proposed the appropriate strategies on the development of the seed industry of the agricultural scientific research institutes.
