摘 要:以南京市为例分析了居民的保鲜猪肉消费行为,结果显示消费习惯是决定消费量的关键因素之一。居民对于不同保鲜猪肉产品的中长期消费行为变化不一致。多数产品的短期销量变化模式相似,表现为周末消费量增大。通过挖掘关联规则,发现对一些较高档产品的要求是同步的。定义了社区间消费行为的相似度,并应用于社区的聚类,结果显示南京市城区有显著不同的猪肉消费类型小区。为了实现产业效益的最大化,应当合理地利用居民消费习惯的差异,来安排生猪出栏和猪肉产品调度。The chilled pork consumption habit of Nanjing citizens was analyzed. The result suggests that consumption habit effectively motivates the change of consumption. Long period and medium period consumption habits on different products are different, while the change patterns for short-period consumption are similar as weekends usually a rise in sales can be seen. Association rules were mined, which demonstrated the coherence in the requirements on some high-end products. The similarity of consumption behaviors between different communities is defined, and utilized in the clustering of communities. The clustering results shows that there are several clusters of communities with clearly different pork consumption habits in Nanjing. The research suggests, in order to maximize the industry' s interest, it is necessary to schedule the slaughter of hogs and the distribution of pork products.
