手法治疗运动员髌骨软化症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察手法治疗运动员髌骨软化症的疗效。方法:应用平衡理筋手法治疗运动员髌骨软化症32例,并与玻璃酸钠关节腔注射组31例对照。结果:治疗组愈显率为84.38%,明显优于对照组61.29%。结论:本疗法对运动员髌骨软化症症状体征、起效时间的改善及疗效优于玻璃酸钠关节腔注射组。Objective： To observe the curative effects about patella -chondromalacia in athletes treated by tuina manipulation. Methods ：Thirty - two patients with chondromalacia patellae were treated by coordinating plus balancing manipulation , another 31 patients were treated with intra - articular injection with sodium hyaluronate as a control. Results ： the remarkable effective rate of tui - na group is 84.38% ,which is much better than the rate 61.29% of intra - articular injection group. Conclusion： The effect of the clinical therapeutic manipulation on chondromalacia patellae is superior to that of intra - articular injection with sodium hyaluronate in improvement of symptoms and sign and onset time.
