摘　　要：根据现代安保文秘人才需求特点,结合山东体育学院民族传统体育系的实际情况,依托省级特色专业优势和我院其他的学科优势,根据人才培养目标,提出现代安保文秘方向课程体系指导思想和建设思路,在此基础上,构建现代安保文秘独立的课程体系,为现代安保文秘人才培养提供理论基础和保障。The establishment of modem bodyguard and secretary has filled the specialty gap in higher education field of PE. It accords with the professional demand characteristic of the market and the actual situation of Shandong Instate of PE, relies on specialized superiority of national traditional sports and culture and other discipline superiority, the article put forward a distinctive feature of the guiding ideology, ideas of construction, course system and the ways of practice, so as to provide ideas and guidance for the cultivation of modem bodyguard and secretary.
