摘　　要：在连续生产过程中，物料是连续的，信息也是连续的．其信息集成具有实时性、复杂性、有效性等特点，其人机界面应该是实时的、在线的．信息集成的实现需要数据库的支持环境以及不同软件的集成平台．应用中要建立质量管理的信息模型，还要作相应的硬件系统设计，应用Ｓｙｂａｓｅ数据库及前端开发工具等．连续生产过程的信息集成有助于避免“自动化孤岛”现象，实现互操作与数据共享，满足局部信息集中处理及全局信息一致性的要求．During the continuous produce process,the material and the information both are continuous,the information integrating is real time,complex and effective.Realizing the information integrating need database and different software.In application,the modle of management should be founded firstly,then desigh the hardware system.The information integrated of continuous produce process is helpful to avert the phenomenen of “automatic isolated island ”.
