摘　　要：从城乡一体化及其规划内涵与发展机制的解析入手,对中心镇规划在城乡一体化发展格局中的重要性以及目前存在的问题进行了剖析。论证并提出中心镇规划如何突破传统的城市规划模式与观念,从区域城乡一体化发展目标出发制定中心镇发展策略和具有适应性、可操作的中心镇建设规划的观点。Analysis of the importance and existing problems on center-town planning in urban-rural integration development pattern was proposed, proceeding from the analysis of the urban-rural integration and its connotation of planning as well as its development mechanism. Based on the regional goal of the urban-rural integration development, the adaptability and operational opinions of center-town construction planning was suggested, verifying that the traditional model and conception in city planning were to be broken through.
