摘 要:利用ProII化工模拟软件对乙腈法分离碳五馏分进行模拟,尤其对第一萃取精馏塔、第二萃取精馏塔内异戊二烯的质量分数和温度进行了模拟计算,并对各分布曲线进行了系统分析,结果表明,在第一萃取精馏塔和第二萃取精馏塔中,各组分并非均匀分布,而是在特定的部分塔板分离,进而实现各组分按质量要求进行分离。通过实验验证了模拟结果,最终得到聚合级异戊二烯产品。The method of extractive distillation with reagent acetonitrile (ACN) was introduced in this paper. The profiles of component fraction for isoprene and temperature in the first and second extraction distillation columns were investigated by simulation with ProII software. Systematically analyzing the curves showed that maldistribution existed for each component in the first and second extraction distillation columns, revealing that certain column sections played respective important roles in the separation to meet the final product requirement. The results of simulation were tested by the experiments of Cs separation for isoprene,which achieved the polymer grade isoprene.
