摘  要:采用膜法缺氧-好氧工艺处理磺胺生产废水,当进水COD为2 357 mg/L时,出水COD可达到284.3 mg/L,去除率达87.92%。实验结果表明:温度对工艺运行效果影响很大,当系统温度满足25℃时,缺氧段和好氧段HRT分别为8.1 h和21.3 h,工艺运行即可达到如上效果;当缺氧段温度降至15℃时,缺氧段和好氧段HRT分别延长至12.7 h和33.1 h,才可达到同样的效果,但好氧段温度必须满足25℃,才能使出水COD达到300 mg/L以下的目标。Submerged membrane anaerobic-aerobic technology process was used in treatment of wastewater from sulfanilamide production, when the in-fluent COD was 2 375 mg/L, the effluent COD was 284. 3 mg/L,the removal rate can reach 87.92%. The results showed that the temperature influenced the efficiency of process running. We can get the result when the temperature reached 25 ℃, HRT of anaerobic and aerobic waa 8. 1 h and 21.3 h, respectively; when the temperature of anaerobic dropped to 15 ℃, HRT of anaerobic and aerobic needed to expand into 12. 7 h and 33.1 h respectively. The temperature must be above 25 ℃,the effluent COD can be less than 300 mg/L.
