摘　　要：在Web资源的长期保存中,要做好主题网关建设和专题信息建设两方面的工作.在此基础上,根据Web资源的采集原则,综合性地对Web资源进行采集和保存.为了解决好Web资源长期保存的版权问题,在目前还没有建立网络资源呈缴制度的情况下,保存机构可以通过与网络出版商达成协议,使Web资源能得到最有效的保存.The work of the subject information gateway development and special information development is to do well in the long - term preservation of web resource. On the base, web resource should be gathered and preserved generally according to the gathering principles of web resource. In order to resolve the copyright problem of the long - term preservation of web resource, preservation institution may reach agreement with network publisher to preserve effectively web resource in the case which does not to have deposit copy rules of network resource at present.
