织物组织对圆环仿形机织物剪切变形的影响

摘  要:利用仿形织造技术织造圆环仿形织物,采用的是长短纬等纬密的织造方法,在普通的织机上织造,并且采用圆锥台型卷取轴,导致在卷取过程中织物纬纱发生剪切变形.采用平纹和斜纹两种组织进行圆环织物织造,对比两种组织对织物纬纱剪切变形的影响可发现,采用斜纹组织的圆环仿形织物较平纹柔软,纬纱在卷取时更容易发生变形,所以斜纹组织的圆环织物纬密更加均匀,织物更加平整.The annular shaped woven fabric is woven with equally distributed long and short wefts,which can produce fabric with equal weft density, on an ordinary weaving frame with a cone batch roller. Shear deformation occurs when the fabric is batched. This paper adopted plain and twill weave to weave the annular shaped fabrics. The comparison between the shear deformation of the two fabrics indicated that the woven fabric with twill weave is softer, and easy to reach deformation balance in the process of weaving, so it has more equal weft density and is smoother.
