柔性管理与高校学生思想政治教育工作

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化趋势的不断深化,以规章制度为主要特色的刚性管理的弊端日益显现,难以适应现代教育对人才培养的需求。柔性管理作为管理方法的另一种选择,逐步渗入高校学生思想政治教育工作,并且显示出了一定的优越性。在对柔性管理的内涵和特征及其对高校学生思想政治教育工作的积极作用进行分析的基础上,对现代高校学生思想政治教育工作如何引入柔性管理问题进行了一些简要的阐述。With the continuous intensification of higher education popularization, the rigid management featured by roles and regulations showed more and more shortcomings, and was unable to meet the needs of modem education in terms of talent cultivation. As an alternative, the flexible management has infiltrated gradually into college student ideological and political education, and has demonstrated its advantages. This paper, based on an analysis of connotations and features of flexible management as well as its positive effeets on college student ideologieal and political education,elaborated how to introduce flexible management to the ideological and political education of college students.
