摘　　要：新形势下,加强校园文化建设,培育良好的育人环境是学校育人工作的需要和社会发展进步的要求。只有不断进行校园文化的创新,才能真正推动校园文化的建设和发展,实现人才培养的目标与任务。笔者就校园文化建设与动物科学专业人才培养做出探索与实践。Under the current circumstance, the construction of an education-friendly campus is part of the university project required by social progress. Only by furthering the innovation of campus culture construction, can we propel the establishment of campus culture and attain our goal in terms of the cultivation of qualified personnel.
