摘　　要：从标准化发展的不同阶段,分析了其对经济发展和社会进步所产生的"规范"、"支撑"和"控制"的作用。强调了企业建立内控标准的必要性和意义,并结合中国海洋石油总公司制度建设,阐述了其企业内部控制标准体系。The regulation, support and control function of standardization on the economy development and social progress have been analyzed from different stages of standard development. It is emphasized that it is necessary and significant for enterprises to build up internal control standards. Then according to the system construction of CNOOC, an explanation is made about the standard system of enterprise internal control.
