摘  要:以承钢转炉提钒的生产实测数据为依据,根据质量、能量守恒及热力学原理,采用系统模化的方法,从操作、化学反应、冶金计量和热化学计量四个层次剖析提钒冶炼过程,建立了转炉提钒的工艺模型。该工艺模型包含冶金模型和热模型两个方面,由众多相关联的方程构成,可以根据各输入物料的用量、成分与温度等输入值,方便的求出各输出物料的收得量和成分等输出的预报值,或者根据要求的半钢和钒渣等输出条件来估算各种输入料的条件。经承钢提钒车间现场生产验证,该工艺模型能较准确的预报半钢、钒渣收得量和成分等,对提钒工艺操作有很好的指导作用。Based on practical production data of V - recovering with the converter in Chengde steel company, according to systems engineering, conservation of mass&energy, thermodynamic principle, a processing model of V -recovering with the converter has been established. The processing model, analyses the process of V - recovering from process operation, chemical reaction, metallurgy and energy computation. It constitutes by many interactive equations, including with met- allurgical model and thermal model With input variables including amount, ingredient and temperature of each material, the output variables such as chemical and composition of output, can be predicted conveniently by the model. Also the model can estimates conditions of input material according to output conditions which were established. After practical validation in Chengde steel company, the processing model can predict yielding amount and composition of semi steel and vanadium slag exactly ,which has a good instruction function in V - recovering process.
