摘  要:以国内某钢厂连铸中间包为研究对象,根据相似原理建立了1∶2物理模型,通过刺激-响应实验研究四流中间包内流体的流动特性。研究结果表明:在原始注流控制装置下,中间包各流水口之间的流体流动特性差异很大,夹杂物不能有效地上浮去除;优化后,各流水口滞止时间差减小,死区比例明显降低,流场分布合理。In this paper,according to the similar principle,physical simulation with 1: 2 ratio was built and the flow characteristics of the four - strand easter tundish in a domestic steel plant was studied by the stimulation - response experimental method. The results show that large difference in flow characteristics exists between outlets in the former tundish, and the original design of the flow control devices can not meet the technical requirements for inclusion floatation ;with the optimized flow control device, the distribution of flow field is better and more reasonable and the stagnation time of the outlets and the proportion of dead - zone are both obviously reduced.
