摘  要:介绍了将交直流叠加电源应用到铜电解精炼中实验,探讨了交流电振幅、频率、温度、电流密度等工艺条件对铜电解精炼的影响。结果表明:在阴极铜质量未受到较大影响的前提下,交直流叠加电解可以将极限电流密度提高到360A/m2左右,对当今的电解铜生产有一定的参考和借鉴意义。In this paper, the AC/DC power has been applied to the copper electrorefining and the feasibility of the copper electrorefining by AC/DC electrolysis has been studied. The effect of AC amplitude, AC frequency, temperature and current density have been discussed. The results show that:the copper eleetrorefining by AC/DC electrolysis can increase the limit current density to about 360A/m2 but does not have much effect on the quality of cathode copper, so it is with some reference value of today's electrolytic copper production.
