摘　　要：针对低成本的原燃料，通过理论统计计算和实践相结合，改善入炉原燃料，优化高炉操作制度和管理，预警预控数据化、细化量化标准化高炉操作，使安钢7号高炉2008年9—12月连续4个月煤比突破180kg／t，期间平均焦比与攻关前8月份相比降低49kg／t，炉况稳定顺行。2009年上半年多项技术经济指标实现了历史性突破。In view of low - cost material and fuel, by means of theory statistics calculation and practices, improving the material and fuel,optimizing BF operating system and management,taking some measures in the BF operation：one is early warning control and digitization;the other is refinement quantification standardization, the PCI ratio of No. 7 BF in Anyang Steel breaks through 180kg/t in September - December, 2008,average coke ratio achieves 362kg/t in this four consecutive months, and lowers 49kg/t than that in August,2008, furnace condition is the stable and smooth. Many technical economy indexes have reached the historical innovation in the first half of 2009.
