小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法对白内障患者157例157眼,术前充分散瞳,在手术显微镜下完成手术,术后1周、6个月进行视力检测。结果术后1周、6个月视力恢复情况:157例157眼手术后1周、6个月,视力均有大幅度提高。其中术后1周,裸眼视力>0.5者141眼(89.8%),>0.8者16眼(11.2%)。术后6个月,视力>0.8者51眼(32.5%),>1.0者106眼(67.5%)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术联合晶体植入术具有安全、有效、恢复快、并发症少等优点,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of the small incision nonphacoemulsification extracapsular cataractextraction and intraocular lens implantation on 157 patients.Methods 157 patients（157 eyes）with cataract were accepted the operatin.An esthesia according to conventional cataract surgery.Preoperative pupil dilationfully in operation under the operating microscope.Results After operative 1 week,6 months,the postoperative visual recovery were recorded,157 patients＇ vision had a substantial increase.After 1 week operation the uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 accounted for 89.8%,11.2%more than 0.8.After 6 months the vision,32.5%more than 0.8,67.5%more than 1.0.Conclusion The small incision nonphacoemulsification extracapsular cataractextraction and intraocular lens implantation is a safe,economic and effective method to cure the patients with cataract.
