中医综合减肥法对肥胖症大鼠血浆神经肽Y的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合疗法对血浆神经肽水平的影响作用。方法将70只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、针灸治疗组、埋线治疗组、中药治疗组、综合治疗组,每组10只。采用营养肥胖造模方法复制肥胖模型大鼠,造模前、后尾静脉取血,放射免疫法检测各组大鼠血浆神经肽含量。结果模型组血浆神经肽水平明显低于正常组(P<0.05),综合治疗组体重血浆神经肽水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论中医综合疗法的减肥作用机制可能与升高血浆神经肽Y水平有关。Objective To explore the effect of the combined treatment in Chinese medicine in obesity on neuropeptide Y （NPY） in the serum.Methods 70 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,positive group,acupuncture group,acupoint catgut-embedding group,Chinese medicine group,and combined treatment group with each 10 rats.Rat obesity model was copied by nutritional obesity method,the blood was distilled from the rat＇s tail and the NPY in serum was tested by radioimmunity before and after the treatment.Results NPY in serum in model group were much higher than it in normal control group（P〈0.05）;NPY in serum in combined treatment group were much lighter than that in model group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined treatment in Chinese medicine has a better effect on treating obesity and its mechanism is related to increasing the level of NPY in serum.
