隔膜式压滤机在济三煤矿井下的应用

摘　　要：为处理水煤脱水筛的筛下煤泥水,采用浓缩压滤工艺,在井下安装了500 m2的隔膜压滤机.由于地面和井下进行煤泥脱水的条件要求差异性和压滤机的机体庞大,使压滤机在井下的安装使用面临的难度较大,为此采取了严格的电器防爆措施,并将压滤机的机体进行主梁切割、部件拆分后运到井下进行安装调试,从而解决了压滤机井下应用的难题.进行了井下煤泥水处理的工业性试验,分析了井下使用隔膜压滤机进行煤泥脱水的影响因素,试验结果表明,此工艺的应用大幅度降低了原煤水分,使滤液水排放达到了国家一级标准.In order to treat coal sludge water under the dehydrated screen, craft of concentration and filter pressing is adopted, and 500 m^2 membrane filter press is installed in underground mine. Because of the dif- ferent condition request for carrying out the coal sludge dehydration between ground and underground, and the huge body of filter press , the difficulty will be great if the filter press is installed and used in underground mine. So the strict explosion precaution of electric appliances is taken. After the king post is cut and all the parts are resoluted, the filter press organism is transported to the mine and installed and debugged. The difficult problem that the filter press is applicated in underground mine is solved successfully. Industrial experimental study of processing coal sludge water is done underground, and the influencing factor of using the membrane filter to carry on the coal sludge water treatment is analyzed. The result of the experiment shows that the craft application reduces water component of raw coal largely, and enables the filtrate water emissions to achieve the national primary standard.
