摘 要:为了减少燃煤排放SO2对环境的污染,利用自制永磁HGMS对洛阳高硫煤粉进行了干式磁选实验研究,采用正交实验考察了振动频率,分选次数和煤粉粒度等因素对脱硫率、脱灰率等指标的影响.研究表明,煤粉粒度0.074—0.15mm,振频50Hz,分选3次时,精煤产率达80.79%,而脱硫率和降灰率分别达到30.50%,22.43%.进而利用改进的永磁HGMS对煤粉粒度进行单因素实验,结果显示,脱硫率、降灰率随粒度减小而增大,不同粒度级煤粉的脱硫率和降灰率随精煤产率增加而减小;改进HGMS脱硫降灰效果更佳.In order to reduce the environment pollution caused by SO2 of coal - fired, the dry magnetic separation experiment of high - sulfur Luoyang fine coal was done by self- made permanent magnet high gradient magnetic separator (HGMS). Through orthogonal experiment, factors of the size, vibration frequency and sorting number which have effect on the desulfurization rate and the de - ashing rate, were studied. The resuits show that: when fine coal is 0. 074 -0. 15 mm, vibration frequency is 50 Hz and sorting number is 3, the yield reaches 80.79% , the desulfurization rate reaches 30.50% and the de - ashing rate reaches 22.43%. Further more, the fine coal single-factor experiment was done by the improved permanent magnet HGMS, the result shows that the desulfurization rate and the de - ashing rate increase along with the decrease of particle size, while reduce along with the increase of the yield of different size ranges. The effectiveness of the improved permanent magnet HGMS is better.
