摘　　要：就禽病诊疗中常见、易忽视的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施。具体问题有4个:(1)禽病诊断中注重传染病,其他疾病往往被忽略;(2)诊断中重视临诊症状而忽略原始病因,导致疾病重复发生;(3)药理及药物知识匮乏,临床上出现药物中毒或用药成本加大;(4)临床兽医的水平亟待提高。针对存在的问题,提出了一些改进措施:提高专业知识水平、诊断时从多方面考虑病因;密切联系实验室检验结果,并结合理论知识,合理使用药物;从经济学的角度,考虑何时何地使用何种药物,降低投入成本,增加产出;举办各个层次的兽医培训班和对当前某种疾病的专题讨论会等,提高兽医的综合素质;同时,举办养殖者培训班,加强饲养管理,减少疾病的发生,改善大环境。The common and easily neglected problems in Avian disease diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. There were four problems. Firstly, the infectious diseases were concentrated during the diagnosis, but the others were neglected. Secondly, the attention was paid to the clinic diseases, but the primary courses were neglected. Thirdly, the toxicosis showed or the medicine cost increased because of the limited drug knowledge. Fourthly, the levels of veterinarian need to be improved. To the above p.roblems, the related measures are put forward, that is, increasing the specialized knowledge, diagnosing from multiple aspects, connecting the lab test results closely with the theories and using the drugs rationally, considering when, where and which drug can be used to decrease the costs and increase the output from the economic angle, offering the veterinarian training courses of different levels and the special seminar to improve the comprehensive qualities of the veterinarians, and training the breeders to improve the raising management and reduce the diseases so as to improve the whole environment.
