摘　　要：宁夏青铜峡灌区是灌溉面积25.33万hm2以上的大型灌区,随着农民用水协会模式的发展和社会主义新农村建设的推进,计划经济体制下的灌水用水管理模式有所改进,但仍未能彻底摆脱市、县、乡、村四级管理的体制,针对协会建设与运行中存在的问题进行了分析并提出对策和建议,并就符合我国现阶段的农民用水协会发展模式进行探析.Qingtongxia Irrigation Area in Ningxia is a large-scale irrigation area with actual irrigation area of more than 253,300 hectares. With the development of Water Users Association of Farmers and propelling of new socialist countryside, the model of irrigation management under the planned economic system had to be improved. But the four-level management system of municipality, county, township and village still existed. In accordance with the problems in construction and operation of Water Users Association, relevant countermeasures and suggestions were raised. The patterns of Water Users Association of Farmers conforming to present stage of China were preliminarily inquired.
