淡黄花百合与东方百合‘如意’远缘杂交的研究

摘　　要：以淡黄花百合(父本)和东方百合‘如意’(母本)为亲本,采用离体受精的方法和胚挽救技术进行了两种百合的远缘杂交试验研究。结果表明,采用切割花柱的方法,获得了较高的子房膨大率;在胚珠培养过程中,用甘露醇和山梨醇代替部分蔗糖并加入0.5mg/mL 6-BA和0.1mg/mL NAA的培养基有利于胚的发育,其有胚率为1%,并成功获得了杂种植株。An experiment was carried out for the distant hybridization of two species of Lillum ： L. sulphureum and Lillum ＇ Ruyi＇ with the methods of fertilization in vitro and embryonic rescuing, to which L. sulphureum as the paternal and Lillum ＇ Ruyi＇ as the maternal were used. This resuhed in a relatively higher rate of ovary expansion after its incision. When the embryo was cultured in MS medium with 1.0mg/mL 6 - BA ＋ 0. 1 mg/mL NAA ＋ 2% mannitol ＋ 2% sorbitol, it yielded about 1% embryo emergence, and the hybridized seedlings were thus obtained.
