摘  要:大叶栎轻型基质的扦插育苗试验,进行了沙床和泥床采穗圃生产的大叶栎嫩枝穗条扦插生根效果的对比试验,4种生根剂处理穗条的扦插生根效果对比试验,以及春夏秋冬4个季节扦插生根效果对比试验,其试验结果显示:沙床采穗圃生产的大叶栎穗条,其扦插的生根率是泥床采穗圃生产穗条的2.4倍;用0.5 g.L-1GGR生根剂蘸点处理大叶栎插穗,其扦插生根率最高可达87.33%;夏天5月扦插,其生根率最高可达86.5%,且始生根时间最短,为56天。试验还证实采用轻型基质扦插根数和根长显著优于常规黄心土基质。We canied out an experiment on cuttage with seedlings of Castanopsisfissa, with which two types of materials were used for bed medium, i.e. sandy and muddy bed to test its root promoting effect. The trigs were treated with 4 types of root-promoting chemicals in the four seasons of a year, it showed that the trigs planted on sandy bed had 2.4 times more rooting formation than those planted on muddy bed; it had the highest possible rooting formation after treated with 0. 5g/L GGR, its rooting formation rate reached as high as 86. 50% , moreover, it had shortest duration for root growth, which was 56 days. It also showed that the cottages grew on sandy bed performed significantly well with more and longer roots than those on regular yellow muddy bed.
