摘 要:采用GIS、BioDiversity等技术分析了4062份云南地方稻种资源白叶枯病抗性多样性在云南不同气候类型和各类稻区的表现。结果表明,稻白叶枯病抗性与气候环境因素呈显著相关。稻白叶枯病抗性多样性从南亚热带→北亚热带→中亚热带→北热带→南温带→中温带逐渐减小,反之增大;随海拔的升高、温度的降低而减少,反之增大。亚热带是稻白叶枯病抗性多样性富集气候带。单双季籼稻区和水陆稻区的稻白叶枯病多样性高于其他稻作区,稻作复杂地区稻白叶枯病抗性多样性较高。发掘了198份值得研究利用的优异的稻白叶枯病抗性资源。4062 accessions of Yunnan local rice varieties were analyzed with the technique GIS and Biodiversity, based on the copious climat- ic types and rice regions of Yunnan. It was indicated that climatic types and rice regions were significantly correlated with rice bacterial leaf blight resistance. The diversity of rice bacterial leaf blight resistance decreased from the south subtropics, north subtropics, medium subtropics, north tropic, south temperate zone to medium temperate zone, and increased in the other way round. The diversity decreased with the increasing of altitude and the reduction of temperature. The diversity of rice bacterial leaf blight resistance were mainly concentrated in the sub- tropical zone. There are abundant diversities in single or double cropping Indica rice zone and upland or lowland rice zone. 198 varieties had been identified as elite resistance germplasm which were resistant to rice bacterial blight resistance.
