海外捐赠及其对广州城乡经济的效用

摘　　要：改革开放以来,在中国政府的大力鼓励和支持下,海外乡亲积极地捐款捐物,支持广州侨乡的工农业生产。捐赠历经起步、发展、高潮、持续和衰落五个阶段,呈现出区域的集中化、方式的多样化、受赠主体的集体化等特征。海外乡亲的捐赠,大大提高了广州侨乡工农业生产总值,改变了侨乡工农业落后的面貌,改善了侨乡经济结构,促进了侨乡农业商品化进程和工业化进程,为广州的经济建设做出了突出的贡献。The Chinese government has strongly encouraged and supported overseas Chinese and Hong Kong and Macao compatriots to return to support the motherland＇s economic construction since reform and opening up. Donations on the production and construction from Overseas Chinese go through five stages including starting, development, climax, continuance, and decline, showing the characteristics of the centralization of areas, the diversification of modes, the collectivization of the recipient. Compatriots. Donations from Overseas Chinese, has increased greatly the total output values of industrial and production, changing the backwardness situation of industry and agriculture, improving the economic structure, promoting the process of agriculture commercialization and industrialization, and has made outstanding contributions to economic construction of Guangzhou.
