Effect of Optimum Fertilization Model on Yield and Growth of Chinese Traditional Medicinal Materials Euonymus fortunei in Karst Area

摘  要:采用最优混合设计(416-B)进行田间定位试验,研究农家肥、氮肥、磷肥和钾肥用量不同配比对岩溶石山区中药材扶芳藤生长及产量的效应,运用SAS统计分析软件对产量结果进行回归分析,建立多项式回归模型,对模型进行仿真寻优,获得中药材扶芳藤最佳产量的营养模式。结果表明,在该试验条件下,岩溶石山区扶芳藤最佳施肥量方案为:农家肥及N、K2O、P2O5肥分别为4940.7、247.0、123.5和148.9 kg/hm2,扶芳藤最优产量为10473.27 kg/hm2,同时得到最佳经济效益每公顷达42682.80元。The optimization compound design (416-B) was used to conduct field experiment to study effects of the different ration of organic manure( OM), nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on yields of Chinese traditional medicinal materials Euonymvafortunei in Karst area. The regression models of fertilizers application and quadratic of four factors were established by using SAS statistic software analysis, and optimum nutrient model of Euonymusfortunel were obtained by computer processing. The results showed that the optimum allocation of Euonymusfortunel in this condition of experiment : OM, N, K2 O, P2 O5 were 4940.7,247.0,123.5,148.9 kg/hm2, respectively, and predicted value at the optimum yield was 10 473.3 kg/hm2, at the same time, predicted value at the optimum benefit was RMB 42 682.80 yuan/hm2.
