摘　　要：面对日益增多的数字视频节目,需要一种能让用户更快、更准确地定位到自己感兴趣的视频内容的快速预览方法.对此,文中设计了一种基于视频结构的视频快速预览方法.该方法先直接将压缩视频序列中的所有I帧作为候选关键帧,接下来对这些候选关键帧进行筛选,按镜头与场景进行聚类,并生成视频的关键帧与结构信息,然后将这些信息封装成RTP包后传输,以实现用户快速预览与定位其所喜爱的视频片断的目的.Faced with the increasing number of digital video, the need for a quick preview of video content playback methods, So that users can more quickly and accurately find interesting content of video. A quick preview method for video based on hierarchical was designed, the method first directly to the compressed video of all 1 frame as a candidate key frame, the next key frame of these candidates should be screened in accordance with the shot and the scene clustering, next, the video key frame and hierarchical of information is generated and its encapsulated into RTP packets, and then transmitted in order to achieve the user a quick preview of their favorite video clips.
