摘　　要：阐述了肯德尔和谐系数和Spearman秩相关系数的概念,在多个专家进行方案评价过程中,运用Spearman秩相关系数检测单个评价专家的信度,并给出了相应的实例.结果表明:该系数可以检测单个专家评价结果的信度.The concepts of Kendall coefficient of concordance and Spearman rank correlation coefficient are elaborated in this paper. The reliability of a single evaluation expert is tested by using Spearman rank correlation in the process of project assessment, where a number of experts are involved, and furthermore, corresponding instance is provided to elaborate this theory. The results indicate that Spearman rank correlation coefficient can test the reliability of a single expert evaluation.
