摘　　要：目的研究肺炎支原体(MP)感染的流行特点,及其与患者性别、年龄和发病季节的关系,为临床诊断及治疗提供依据。方法采集2001～2006年武汉市中西医结合医院呼吸科及儿科15 514例住院及门诊患者的血清,采用固相酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)定性检测特异性IgM抗体。结果6年检测样本数15 514例,总阳性率28.37%,一年中四季间感染率有明显差异(P<0.01),男性和女性感染率有明显差异(P<0.01),儿童和成人感染率有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论MP感染率儿童组低于成人组,女性感染率高于男性,易发季节为冬春季。对呼吸道感染的患者应进行MP抗体测定,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。Objective To study the epidemic characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP）infection and its relationship with patient sex,age and seasonal incidence.Methods The MP antibody in the serum of 15 514 patients who were treated in our hospital from Jan.1,2001 to Nov.30,2006 was measured by the method of ELISA.Results Among the 15 514 samples,the positive rate was 28.37%.There was significant difference in seasonal incidence among the four seasons.There was significant difference in the infection rate between males and females,and between children and adults.Conclusion The positive rate of MP antibody was very high in children with respiratory tract infections.The infection rate in females was higher than that in males,and the rates in winter and spring were higher.It is useful for clinical diagnosis and treatment to detect MP antibody in the patients with respiratory infections.
