Effect of trigeminal treatment in treating oviduct infertility

摘　　要：[目的]观察腹腔镜术后配合内服疏肝化瘀通管汤加味和红外线照射,治疗输卵管炎所致不孕症的临床疗效。[方法]对90例输卵管炎性不孕的患者随机分成2组,每组45例。观察组实施腹腔镜输卵管粘连松解术加服疏肝化瘀通管汤加味和红外线治疗。对照组腹腔镜术后红外线治疗加输卵管通液。[结果]观察组总有效率达88.89%、治愈率为75.56%。对照组总有效率为64.44%、治愈率为48.89%。两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。[结论]腹腔镜输卵管粘连松解术加服中药疏肝化瘀通管汤加味和红外线,治疗输卵管炎性不孕症有显著临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect in treating salpingitis sterility with laparoscopic operation combined with Shuganhuayutongguan decoction and infrared light radiation. [Methods] Ninety patients with salpingitis sterility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by laparoscopic lysis of oviducal adhesion combined with Shuganhuayutongguan decoction and infrared light radiation. The patients of control group were treated by Clindamycin injection and fallopian tube treatment. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.89% and that of control group 64.44%. There was obvious difference between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The laparoscopic Lysis of adhesions of oviduct com-bined with Shuganhuayutongguan decoction and infrared light radiation has a obvious clinical effect in treating salpingitis sterility.
