摘  要:针对醛酮系减水剂原材料价格上涨与纸浆黑液的资源化利用,设计合成了醛酮-木质素共聚高效减水剂(SAF-LS)。采用红外光谱和黏度试验对醛酮-木质素之间的接枝共聚反应进行了论证;对比了SAF、SAF-LS以及醛酮减水剂与木质素冷复配产品(SAF+LS)在净浆、混凝土中的作用效果。结果表明,SAF-LS性能略差于SAF,但远优于SAF+LS。利用SAF-LS和缓凝组分RT-2配制了强度等级为C30~C50的预拌混凝土,坍落度保持性和强度发展均十分优良。Aiming at the price rising of the raw materials for sulfonated acetone formaldehyde polymer superplasticizer (SAF) and recycling utilization of paper pulp liquor, a kind of sulfonated acetone formaldehyde-lignosulfonate muhipolymer superplasticizer (SAF-LS) is developed. The graft copolymerization between sulfonated acetone formaldehyde and lignosulfate is proved by means of infrared spectroscopy and viscosity test. The effects of SAF, SAF-KS and mixing product of SAF and paper pulp liquor(SAF+LS) on cement paste and concrete are compared experimentally. The results indicate that the properties of SAF-LS are nearly the same to SAF and much better than SAF+LS. For the ready-mixed concrete of C30 to C50 designed and produced with SAF-LS and a retarder RT-2,its slump retention and strength development trend are excellent.
